Through years of work in real estate and business, we kept meeting people who had everything it takes to build a good life. The work ethic. The ideas. The drive to provide for the people they love.

What they didn't have was a door that opened at the right moment. A little capital, a stable place to live, someone willing to bet on them before they'd proven anything.

We watched some of them get that shot and change their entire trajectory. And we watched others, just as capable, just as deserving, never get the chance, because no one was there to offer it.

Why We Exist
